ALISA JOY CAMPBELL

Alisa J. Campbell, age 48, of Albion, IN died Monday, February 1, 2010 at her residence. Born on February 10, 1961 in Jacksonville, FL, she was the daughter of Harry and Clara (Spevak) Neihaus.She lived the majority of her life in California, moving to Larwill, Ind. in 1990 and has been a resident of Albion, Ind. since 1997. She attended Columbia High School in Maplewood, NJ. She worked as a waitress at various restaurants, but was also a devoted mother to her son. Survivors include her son, Jesse S. Campbell of Albion; father, Harry (Shashana) Neihaus of Israel; brother, Alex (Patricia) Neihaus of Southborough, MA; former husband, Jeff Campbell of Albion; and half-sister, Randa Wheat of Texas. She was preceded in death by her mother Clara Neihaus.Visitation with the family is 5-6 p.m., Thursday, February 11, 2010 with the memorial service to follow at 6:00 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, IN. Rabbi Marla Spanjer of Congregation Achduth Vesholom in Fort Wayne will officiate. Burial will take place at a later date at Washington Union Cemetery.
