ALLISON ANN SILK

Allison A. Silk, age 45, of Fort Wayne, Ind. died Monday, February 8, 2010 at 7:14 a.m. at the home of her son in Columbia City, Ind. Born on April 16, 1964 in Fort Wayne, Ind, she was the daughter of Albert and Mary (McCord) Silk.A lifetime resident of Fort Wayne, Ind. she was a 1982 graduate of Bishop Dwenger High School. She was employed with Titan Metal Spinning as the General Manager for 12 years. She is survived by her son, Cory (Tiffany Northup) Sorg of Columbia City; daughter, Candyce Trent of Fort Wayne; father and step-mother, Albert and Rita Silk of Columbia City; sister, Shelley (Kenneth) Vogelgesang of Fort Wayne; 2 grandsons, Kaiden and Tyler Folds of Fort Wayne; and her beloved cat, Bert. She was preceded in death by her mother, Mary Silk and brother, David Silk.At Ms. Silk's request there will be no visitation or service.
