Amanda K. Bentley

Amanda K. Bentley, 41, of Columbia City, Ind., passed on Monday, August 21st, 2023.  Born December 25th, 1981, in Prestonsburg, Kentucky, she was the daughter of the late David Elliott and Sheila (Ronald) Salyer who survives.

Amanda had a kind heart. She was an encourager, willing to give all for the ones she loved. She opened her heart and home to those around her and always offered a helping hand when she could. Her smile could light up a room. She loved and adored her children, and her family was everything to her. Amanda will be desperately missed by all. She is now with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ and waiting for us to meet again.

On November 24th, 2001, she married Brandon Bentley, and they have two daughters, Cathryn and Sarah.  Amanda is also survived by her siblings, James (Shawna) Elliott and Rebecca Salyer; her father-in-law and mother-in-law, Clifford and Janet Bentley; brother-in-law, Nathan (Pamela) Bentley; sister-in-law, Kristen (Dustin) Jones: niece, Kadence; nephews, Asher, Bradix and Jameson.
