Charles R. Lowrance Jr.

March 5, 1956 — April 6, 2017

Charles Roscoe Lowrance Jr., age 61, of Columbia City, IN passed away at 2:20 pm on Thursday April 6, 2017 at Parkview Whitley Hospital.

Born on March 5, 1956 in Robinson, Illinois, he was the son of Charles Roscoe and RaDean (Matheney) Lowrance Sr.

Charles attended Robinson High School and graduated with the Class of 1974.

Charles worked for Edward Levy Co. as a heavy equipment operator before retiring on January 25, 2017.

On October 7, 2006 Charles married Debra Ison in Columbia City.

Charles enjoyed watching WWE and the History Channel on television, working in the yard, shooting pool, and playing with the grandkids. In addition, he also enjoyed watching the Dallas Cowboys and his Budweiser.

Survivors include his loving wife Debra Lowrance of Columbia City; children Misty (James Fish) Hellner of Cedarhill, TX, Stephenie Alberti of League City, TX, Jaime (Angelique Morneau) Ervin-Morneau of Sherman, TX, Joshua Henney of Columbia City, Nicholas (Jill Park) Henney of Fort Wayne, and Emily Henney, of Columbia City; 18 grandchildren; 1 great-grandchild and one on the way; siblings Beverly Reese and Mike (Johnna) Lowrance, both of Columbia City, Shelia (Alan) Hammond of Mount Morris, MI, and Randy Lowrance of Fort Wayne; several nieces and nephews.

In accordance with the wishes of Charles there will be no calling or services at this time.

Memorial contributions in memory of Charles may be made to his Final Expense Account C/O DeMoney-Grimes.
