Christy R. Ellis

Christy R. (Spurling) Ellis, 47, of Centerville, Ohio, passed peacefully in her sleep on Thursday, September 15, 2022. Born September 4, 1975 in Goshen, Indian, she was the daughter of Tom and Linda (Bechtold) Spurling.

She graduated from Wawasee High School with the Class of 1994 and attended college at Indiana Institute of Technology.

Christy is survived by her children, Taylor Ellis and Tannor Ellis. She is also survived by her father, Tom (Dorthy Vanhook) Spurlingand; brother, Craig (Angelie) Spurling; and nephews, Chase Spurling and Brock Spurling. She was proceeded in death by her mother, Linda Spurling. She enjoyed being outdoors and taking care of her Saint Bernard, Badger and her Mini Bernidoodle, Stella.

A memorial celebration will be held at a later date. In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made toward her children's education, in care of Jim Ellis.
