DELORES WILHELMINA HARBER

November 17, 1932 — April 8, 2013

Delores Wilhelmina Harber, age 80, of Columbia City, IN passed away at 7:30 a.m. Monday, April 8, 2013 at Visiting Nurse and Hospice Home, Fort Wayne.Born on November 17, 1932 in Jefferson Township, Whitley County, IN, she was the daughter of Marion Joseph and Mary Regina(Hinen) Harber.

She lived her entire lifetime in Jefferson Township.She worked at Classic Products, Fort Wayne, and Embroidery Products. She was baptized at St. Joseph Catholic Church, Roanoke, but attended St. Patrick Catholic Church, Arcola, her entire life.

Survivors include her sister, Mary Frances Strack of Fort Wayne; 13 nieces and nephews; and numerous great and great great-nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents; brother, Joseph (Alice) Harber and brother-in-Law, Charles "Tony" Strack.

Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 11, 2013 from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. with a Rosary starting at 3:45 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Mass of Christian Burial will be at 10 a.m. on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the St. Patrick Catholic Church with visitation one hour prior to service. Father Cyril Fernandes officiating. Burial following at St. Joseph Catholic Cemetery, Roanoke.Memorials may be given in memory of Miss Harber to Masses or to St. Patrick Catholic Church, Arcola.
