Kaylin Renee Pratt

October 13, 1995 — May 22, 2014

Kaylin Renee Pratt, 18, of South Whitley, IN passed away at 4:55 a.m. Thursday, May 22, 2014 at her home, surrounded by her loving and caring family. Born on October 13, 1995, in Gary, IN she was the daughter of Donald Mark Pratt and Michelle J. (Blewett) Pratt, who survivor her.

She has spent most of her life in South Whitley and attended Pierceton Elementary School. Kaylin was a member of Turning Point Church in South Whitley. Even though she was bound to her wheel chair, she loved to travel.With a big smile, she would enjoy looking at all the scenery this world had to offer her. As recent as March, the family all got together and had a family trip to Hilton Head, South Carolina.

Additional survivors include her brother, Josiah Daniel (Keah) Pratt of Dickinson, ND; sister, Brianna Michelle Pratt of South Whitley; maternal grandparents, James and Janet Lois Blewett of Lewiston, ID and paternal grandparents, Donald C. and Veryla Kay Pratt of South Whitley; uncles and aunts, Paul (Gail) Pratt of Columbia City, Andrew Pratt of California, Marie Phipps and Mike (Bridget)Blewett; cousins, Amanda Pratt, Amber (David) Southey, Summer (Amanda) Pratt, Caleb, Joshua and Jonah Pratt, Mike, Pat, Arnie, Logan, Bobbie, Josie Alan and Valerie Perkinson, Sheila and Stephanie Frye.

Visitation is 9-11 a.m. Saturday, May 24, 2014 at Turning Point Church, 127 S. State Street, South Whitley. Her funeral service will start at 11 a.m. Pastors Don Mark Pratt and Tim McNamee will be officiating. Burial will follow at South Whitley Cemetery. Memorials may be given in memory of Ms. Pratt to Kaylins Angel Care, I.C.O. Turning Point Church, 323 Whispering Lane, South Whitley, IN 46787.
