KEITH R. BOWER

Keith R. Bower, age 54, passed away unexpectedly at 7:56 p.m. while working, Thursday, September 9, 2010 in Warsaw, Ind. Born in Kosciusko County, Ind. on February 24, 1956 he was the son of Lawrence and Mary (Walters) Bower.
He graduated from Warsaw High School with the Class of 1974. Since 1975, he has been employed by R.R. Donnelley Sons, Warsaw, and he recently began work at Wal-Mart in Columbia City. He married Candy L. Gamble on April 27, 1991 at Columbia City United Methodist Church. In his spare time, he enjoyed playing golf.
Survivors include his wife, Candy L. Bower of Columbia City; daughter, Libby D. Bower at home; brother, Chuck (Karen) Bower of Goshen, Ind.; and father-in-law, Verlin Gamble of Huntington, Ind.
He was preceded in death by his parents, infant sister, Penny Bower, and mother-in-law, Delores Gamble.
Visitation is Monday, September 13, 2010 from 4-8 p.m. at DeMoney-Grimes Countryside Park Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City, Ind. Funeral service is Tuesday, September 14 , 2010 at 10 a.m. at the funeral home with Pastor Jean Ness of Columbia City United Methodist Church officiating. Burial will be at a later date. Memorials may be given in memory of Mr. Bower to the education fund of his daughter, Libby, or to the Columbia City United Methodist Church. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
