Mary A. Stockwell

Mary A. Stockwell, 73, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away Saturday, November 4, 2023, at home surrounded by family. Born August 11, 1950, in Temperance, Michigan, she was the daughter of the late Nelson Johnson and Helen (Bourdeau) Johnson.

On April 11, 1993, she married John Stockwell in Ocho Rios, Jamaica.  Mary loved her family and was a homemaker for many years where she enjoyed taking care of her loved ones. She was a past Exalted Ruler of the Columbia City Elks and was a member of the American Legion Post 98, Columbia City.

Mary is survived by her husband of 30 years, John Stockwell; son, Tim (Sara) Andrews; grandson, Antonio Andrews; granddaughter, Halie Andrews; sisters, Linda, and Barb; and brother, Mike. She was also preceded in death her sister, Peggy.
