Ronald D. Pulley, 87, of Columbia City, Indiana, passed away Friday, June 28, 2024, at his home. Born August 4, 1936, in Huntington County, Indiana he was a son of Lamoine and Ruth (McVicker) Pulley. He graduated from Coesse High School with the Class of 1954. On June 21, 1957, he married Beverly Jo Hile. 

Ron worked for Whitley Products, Fiberform and for over 25 years, worked at Dana in Churubusco, retiring in 1998. Ron played softball until he was 59 and was known by the name "Doc" by his softball buddies. He enjoyed golf, bowling and spending time with his family. 

Ron is survived by his sons, Kevin (Rhonda) Pulley, Kerry (Linda) Pulley and Doug (Toni) Pulley; sister, Norma Lahr; grandchildren, Dustin, Ross, Mirandah, Chase and Eric; and eight great-grandchildren. Along with his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Beverly Pulley; son, Kraig Douglas Pulley; brothers, Harold Pulley, Howard Pulley, Charles Pulley and Homar Pulley; sister, Jennie Webber; and his granddaughter, Katelyn Pulley. 

Visitation will be 10:00 am to 12:00 pm with Funeral Service at 12:00 pm on Saturday, July 6, 2024, at DeMoney-Grimes Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Drive, Columbia City. Burial will take place at South Park (Annex) Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his wife.
