Shanon Shane Amerosa, 38, of Troy, Missouri, passed away, Friday, May 5, 2017. Born March 26, 1979 in Fort Wayne, Indiana, he was the son of Catherine Heiny.
Following his mothers death, at the age of 9, Shane was placed in foster care and lived between Whitley and Noble County. He was a truck driver for Hall Hauling and also as a tattoo artist at Inkspot in Troy, Mo. He had a love for pit bulls, motorcycles and tattoos. Shane will be remembered for his generosity and selflessness. He would do anything for anyone no matter the time of day.
Survivors include his children, Tristan Mall, of Ft. Wayne and Delaynee Amerosa, of Goshen; sisters, Angela (Jeremy Patton) Grable, Amanda Lauer and Amber Lauer; foster sisters, Amanda (Josh) Lindzy, Jackie Dagle, Tammy Kintz, Crystal Steele, Stacy Gutierrez and Jennifer Swearingen; and foster father and mother, John and Diana Kintz. He is preceded in death by his mother, Catherine Heiny; grandma, Dollie Heiny; granddad, Lawrence Heiny; and step-father Rick Grable.
A celebration of life will be 3 p.m. Sunday, May 21, 2017 at DeMoney-Grimes, a Life Story Funeral Home, 600 Countryside Dr., Columbia City with a memorial gathering from 1-2:45p.m. In lieu of flowers, family and friends may send memorial donations towards his final expenses, I.C.O.
